About Me
Greg is a Los Angeles–based trainer specializing in EMS training, Pilates, and personalized strength coaching. For the past two years, he has worked extensively with Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), training clients ages 18–75 — including those working through injuries — to build strength, improve posture, and maximize results in less time. Greg is a certified Mat Pilates instructor, a Reformer teacher in training, and has spent the last two years teaching advanced Mat Pilates at the popular LA studio Pilatesmith. A former Equinox trainer with over 15 years of athletic sports and fitness experience, he blends Pilates, strength training, and conditioning with mindfulness techniques. Drawing from his background as a meditation and breathwork teacher, Greg helps clients feel both physically stronger and mentally centered after every session.
